With this in mind, we have developed service packages designed to achieve one thing – customer success. Our optional packages allow you to upgrade our already excellent Premium Service with solutions such as "Accidental Damage Cover", "Priority Repair" and "On-site Repair".


Product Warranty

All projectors are upgraded free of charge to our Premium Warranty upon registration, which includes:

  • A 3-year parts, labour and logistics warranty for product failure
  • A quick average repair time of 5 days at our European Repair Centre
  • Loan unit on request (dependent upon availability)
  • Technical support escalation
  • Centralised Helpdesk, covering main European languages
  • Ability to purchase warranty extensions to further safeguard your investment
  • Web-based repair booking

Damage Cover

Panasonic’s Accidental Damage Cover provides protection against unintentional damage for up to 5 years, providing you with complete peace of mind.

Technical Training

Run by our own experienced field engineers, the training can be flexibly adapted to your requirements and will be customised just for you. The length of the training depends on the topics and model ranges to be covered. As a guide we expect training to take at least 1 day. Our fixed price training packages can be purchased through your normal sales route - with no hidden costs.
